After exposing the structure, we:

• Removed and replaced deteriorated decking
• Repaired and reinforced compromised framing
• Installed a new 7/16-inch OSB roof-decking system
• Installed mechanically fastened insulation board
• Applied a fully adhered 60-mil EPDM roofing membrane
• Fabricated and installed custom black metal coping over the parapet walls and masonry piers
• Installed commercial-grade black drip edge
• Reflashed the chimneys and installed a new pipe boot
