My name is Matthew Clayton Perry, owner-operator of 4th Perry LLC in Columbus, Ohio.

I’ve been in renovations for over 15 years, specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters. At 4th Perry LLC, we’re transparent about who we are and how we operate. We show up, work hard, stay honest, and do the job right—helping homeowners navigate the process from start to finish.

Every project is completed to manufacturer specifications and current code, with detailed documentation and a clean, professional finish.

What You Do

In addition to my work with 4th Perry LLC, I am the founder of The Exchange, a nonprofit focused on helping men overcome addiction. For the past four years, we’ve provided structured, second-chance accountability housing—giving individuals the opportunity, support, and environment needed to rebuild their lives. It’s something I care deeply about, and it reflects the same values I bring into my business: showing up, staying accountable, and creating real opportunities for people to move forward.
